Sophie joined More in Common in 2025 as a Research Manager. Sophie leads the UK team's work on migration and asylum, alongside several projects within the team's social cohesion workstream. Since joining More in Common, Sophie has worked on projects spanning a wide range of topics, including the rule of law, human rights, extremism, the cost of living, attitudes towards the EU, transport, and the views of young people in Britain today. Prior to More in Common, Sophie was a Research Associate at UK in a Changing Europe, where she specialised in British politics, public opinion, and voting behaviour. She co-authored reports on British ethnic minority voters, inequality, and attitudes towards the EU, and led the organisation's work around the 2024 General Election. Earlier in her career, she worked in Parliament.
