Prior to joining More In Common in 2026, Miles worked as a staffer for Reform UK, taking on many roles, especially during the 2025 local election campaign, including research, candidate selection and membership administration. Before working for Reform UK, he worked for Wolffkran Ltd as the sales executive responsible for London and the south of England. Miles holds a master's degree in history from Lancaster University.
