Charlie Buckley

Research Associate
Prior to joining More in Common in 2025, Charlie worked at the polling and market research company Survation, where he conducted research on behalf of clients in journalism, the third sector, and academia, including during the 2024 General Election. He is passionate about using data visualisation to make political research more accessible, and he has experience moderating focus groups and workshops with both professionals and the public. Before working in polling, Charlie earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of York and an MSc in International Politics from Trinity College Dublin. His dissertation explored how US-led sanctions regimes have contributed to central banks moving away from the dollar in favour of holding rival currencies in their reserves.
