Prior to joining More in Common in 2025, Vatsala worked as a government relations consultant at SME4Labour, an organisation dedicated to strengthening ties between SMEs and the Labour Party. Before that, she served as a researcher for a Member of the UK Parliament, playing a key role in shaping policy initiatives and contributing to the MP’s 2024 re-election campaign. Vatsala has also worked at a strategic communications consultancy, where she supported multiple election campaigns and advised private sector clients on political engagement and public affairs.
