Lynlee joined More in Common in 2026, bringing a background in survey research, statistical analysis, and political data. She previously worked as a Data Analytics Fellow at Echelon Insights, where she designed and executed survey research projects and tracked longitudinal shifts in US public opinion. She has also served as Data Director for the Indiana Republican Party and conducted research at Purdue's Computational Social Science Lab, using natural language processing to study patterns of interruption in political media. Lynlee holds an MSc in Applied Social Data Science from the London School of Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Applied Statistics and Political Science from Purdue University. Her research has explored deliberative polling and its potential to reduce political polarization in democratic processes, as well as whether large language models can accurately simulate historical public opinion based on issue salience.
