Lisa Heinzel

Partnerships Manager

As Partnerships Manager, Lisa develops More in Common's portfolio of partnerships in the UK and identifies new areas of work. She oversees a range of projects and leads the development of More in Common's new training programme for civil society organisations. Before joining the UK team, Lisa spent three years working with More in Common's European teams. As Europe Associate, she secured funding for and coordinated multi-country projects on issues including climate, migration and disinformation. She also worked with journalists and creatives to develop and test media literacy initiatives which engage groups particularly vulnerable to disinformation. Prior to joining More in Common, Lisa worked for Conciliation Resources, where she led a portfolio of peacebuilding projects in the Central African Republic. Lisa holds a French-German Master’s degree in political science and conflict and development studies from the University of Münster and Sciences Po Lille.
