A training programme that helps leaders read public opinion accurately and use these insights for decision-making.
A training programme that helps leaders read public opinion accurately and use these insights for decision-making.
In these conditions, it is easy to mistake the loudest voices of a debate for public opinion as a whole. As a result, fear of backlash can lead to leaders becoming cautious in decision-making, or feeling pressured to take positions that do not reflect their organisation’s core mission or values.
This training programme gives leaders the tools to read public opinion more accurately. Drawing on More in Common’s Seven Segments framework and our latest public opinion research, participants develop a better understanding of where the public stands on key issues, learn to distinguish a vocal minority from wider public sentiment, and learn how to use these insights for decision-making.
The course gives participants access to More in Common’s latest public opinion insights, and practical tools they can use in their own work.
There is space to discuss your own challenges and learn from peers navigating similar pressures.
